Application for the CL award under the old track cannot be submitted online.
Hence, take the following steps to apply....
Download the application form from WHQ website: Information for Members > Forms and Documents > Communication and Leadership Programs > Old Competent Leader Award Application
Fill out the personal information along with part 1 of this application and MAKE SURE to have the 2nd page signed by a current club officer other than the sergeant of arms.
Also please note that ALL old CL award applications must be received by June 30, 2008.
You may fax to WHQ at (949) 858-1207, mail or scan and e-mail these in a PDF or JPG file format to educationawards@toastmasters.org .
