The chapter meeting held at ITE College West, Dover Campus was successfully carried out on 19 Mar 2008.

The welcome speech and closing address was presented by President Theresa Groyon. In her closing address, she expressed her thanks to visiting toastmasters and guests sincerely.

Two CL projects were presented. One by Theresa Groyon. The other by Andrew Goh. Congratulation to Andrew for successfully completing his Competent Leader manuals and is registered as Competent Leader.
The Table Topics were completed with five speakers on various topic relating to the theme: “The longest journey starts with a single step!” The best table topic speaker goes to Yeo Poh Lian, CL.

Four prepared speeches were presented. Beng Kee presented a funny story of himself cheered on by Chee Fang. Well done. James and Lye Sum gave a hilarious humorous speech. Sivanathan completed his ROAST of Lye Sum. The best prepared speech speaker goes to James Ng, CTM.
Four evaluators, Michael Chang, Stuart Rall, Gerald Ong and Ryan Lee, successfully completed their tasks with sincerity and skills. The best evaluator goes to Stuart Rall of Dover TMC.
The night concluded with the general evaluator Edmund Chew, DTM doing a fantastic job in helping our club gain further understanding of our strength and areas for improvement.
