Members of the ITE TMC executive committee (2008/09) met to discuss the work plan for the year at Bukit Panjang Plaza on the morning of 28 Jun 2008. The targets for the Distinguish Club Programme (DCP) were set. Overall, the team has decided on seven goals or achieving the "Select Distinguish Club". The team is ready to implement the chapter meetings (4th Wed of the month). Plans for other activities will be carried out during their term from July 2008 to June 2009.
The committee members also attended the Club Officers Training (COT) at Zhenghua CC in the afternoon. Each speeches by the experienced toastmasters brought home the importance of various aspect of running a successful Toastmasters club.

4) Use anecdotes (short personal stories)
5) Memorise quotations

The picture showed the introduction of the newly elected team of Area Governors at Division B led by the Div B Governor, Anand Jude Anthony. Area B4's Governor is Belinda Woo.
