President's Address
Lye Sum mentioned that now we are at mid-term, the well is half-full. As we progress, the well should be full. He commended the Club on doing well on the 4 core values of Toastmasters ie. Integrity, Dedication to Excellence, Service to the Member and Respect for the Individual. He then reflected on the DCP goals status of our Club. Our target was to achieve Select Distinguished Club (7 pts). For membership goals, it was a Challenge to sign up 4 new members to achieve one point.
